We’ve found that most people do not even know what questions to ask when they have an issue. Our technicians are trained to be aware that many people are not familiar with the terminology they use every day. We often refer to this as “speaking Geek”.

When you call or come in to our workshop you are often greeted by the lovely Taylor. Her smile is contagious and her desire to help is palpable. Together with our technicians we try to determine exactly what the problem is an solve it in the most cost effective way possible. While we try our best, we’re not always perfect but will do everything we can to rectify the matter. Years of working in remote areas in Western Queensland has forced us to be imaginative in coming up with viable solutions.

With the ever-changing world of technology, our team are constantly evolving and adapting to new methods. Not only do they love what they do, but they are incredibly passionate about all things IT.
To be sure we have your best interests at heart, our client liaison officer will often follow up a month or 2 later to be sure you are happy with your experience. This is especially true it you become a regular customer whether it be telco, Microsoft Office 365 or any of the other ongoing services we provide.
Our directory Chris Bugeja, has been careful to only employ people who are highly conscientious and natural problem solvers. These are traits that cannot be taught. Technical skills can easily be learned but a good attitude is fundamental to good customer service.
