When it comes to technology, there are a lot of people who think they know what they’re doing and end up wasting hours on end trying to figure out what they need to do to get their computers running efficiently.

And still, they can’t get certain things to work and the frustration mounts up until a fuse is blown and they finally succomb to calling for help.  Don’t be one of those.

It would be horrifying if you could count up the time spent trying to find solutions for your IT issues,  Get it done right the first time and you can then concentrate on running your business efficiently rather than muddling along with ineffective processes, or worse, antiquated equipment with ineffective processes.

Consider it an investment to pay a professional to come in and set everything up the way you need.  We understand that most people don’t know what questions to ask so our goal is to ask lots of questions to find out exactly what you need.

There is never a “one size fits all” solution because every business is different with its own distinct requirements.   Whether we’re setting up Microsoft 365 or organising a back-up solution, our recommendations will always be based on the answers you give.

If you don’t get professional advice, it’s too easy to be disorganised and procrastinate because you don’t know where to start, especially if you’re trying to multitask or work without a plan.  Using outdated technology and equipment

establishes an environment where there are too many questions not being answered creating constant interruptions so the train of thought is continually being lost.

To make matters worse, it’s surprising how much people end up paying for online software because they really don’t know what is avaiable and the benefits included in their purchase.  All too often we come across clients paying for DropBox when they have the same service in SharePoint as part of their Microsoft 365 package they’re already paying for;  or investing in far too many licenses when they can run just as efficiently using fewer licenses set up appropriately.

The amount of time saved not only by the owner but also the staff will far outweigh the initial outlay.

Another issue we’ve found is when clients have different providers for every service.  While it’s good to “spread the love”, it makes it difficult to know who to call when an issue arises.  If you have a problem with emails, is it because of the internet, the computer or Micrsoft email hosting? Having these services with different providers makes it difficult not only to know who to call but for the service provider trying to solve the problem.

So now imagine the oppostie to the predicament described above.  All your IT is set up professionally so all staff can operate efficiently with updated hardware and not have to continually ask for help and advice.  No more interruptions.  No more wasted time.

If something does go awry, you know who to call.  How reassuring it would be to know there’s always someone reliable to provide the solutions you need quickly and effectively.
