At the very top, Chris Bugeja is the driving force of The Computer Workshop Group. Within many businesses you will find that an Owner does one thing great and wants to maintain that. With Chris he adapts his business across a variety of sectors ensuring that each one is nurtured, performing and exceeding the “general” standard. By hand-picking his team, he can assure that the everyone is on the same page and understands all expectations.
If you have met Gina, you would know first hand that she would never put her name towards anything that she did not believe in. This is why she is such an incredible asset to The Computer Workshop Group. She will openly admit that she was not hired for her technical skills, however she was handpicked for her incredible ability to connect with people. Gina’s only intention is to see what businesses she can help. We are able to build wonderful and genuine trust in Townsville and surrounds.
Where to start with Adrian. With his incredible skills and knowledge, we are so lucky to have such an asset on our team. There is no job too big, and we are excited to see the business grow from strength to strength with him on our side.
Our systems team is second to none. When you enter our systems department you can feel the electric energy. These gentlemen really love what they do and this shows through their passion to get the job done right. Barry himself has mentioned in conversation that previous places he has worked have just put a band-aid fix on the problem, and billed the client when the problem inevitably occurs again. That is not how we operate. Our team will investigate thoroughly to find the problem and implement necessary solutions to prevent it from reoccurring. This is what sets us apart from the rest.
I could honestly list every single person and state all of their fantastic assets, however this would end up be a 10,000 word blog. We have it all, and more. At The Computer Workshop Group and it is truly wonderful knowing that our clients are receiving the best customer service and IT support every single time.
