Once again, we’ve broken our policy of not hiring members of the same family because the value Riley brings to our team was too good to pass. Riley achieved his Cert II and Cert III in ICT whilst working with another IT company for 2 years as a help desk technician diagnosing IT issues and remotely repairing computer problems. He decided to move his services to The Computer Workshop where he has a team of technicians to share his knowledge and upskill in other areas of technology. Riley has a passion for building computers dating back to when he was at primary school. His dad can’t remember a time when he wasn’t pulling apart someone’s PC and rebuilding it to make it run more efficiently. He also enjoys helping people improve their operating systems and Microsoft Office 365. Add this to his experience in C# scripting, , coding, 3D modelling and augmented reality for online gaming and we have another great technician on our team.
