We've been using The Computer Workshop for sometime now for our computer needs and their service and support is absolutely fantastic. They go above and beyond and nothing is ever too much trouble. Jordan is exceptionally knowledgeable and always has a smile on his face. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Recently purchased a desktop computer from one of the big chains, unfortunately what we received wasn't ideal or fit for the job.We took the computer to Chris and his team at The Computer Workshop Townsville.Wow, what a difference a professional can make, for a relatively small fee our computer is 10 times faster, hold more items and works a treat.Great service and great price!Will definitely be using again and recommending.
First started using these guys as a drone supplier and then found out they did computers and have never looked back. All our PCs and laptops for home, business and school come from these guys. Love that I can phone a order through and it is ready for me to collect when I arrive in town. I am one of those people who don't have wonderful internet so when I get my device it is loaded with all the programs I want and is ready for me it use right from the get go. If I ever come across a problem with a program when I am at home they are fantastic at stepping me through it over the phone or if it turns out to me a bit beyond my capabilities they simply jump on remotely and fix it for me. I live rurally and they have in the past met me to drop off or collect a computer to save me the 4 hour drive to town. Highly recommend this business!
Very well organised. Great service and very friendly. But to dear. $180 to replace a Toshiba satellite laptop battery which I bought online for $52 and 5mins to replace. A genuine Toshiba battery. As low as $35 online. They need to think of their prices.
