  • Software based recovery.
  • When the drive is physically fine however the file structure is broken. We can access the data using some specialised software which is just time consuming.
  • 2-5 days, payment on completion.

Advanced

  • Software & hardware based recovery.
  • When your drive has a physical fault but we are able to use our specialist hardware to clone your failing drive across to a spare drive that we can then use to recover your data from.
  • 1-3 weeks, payment on completion.

Impossible

  • Laboratory environment required.
  • When parts in your Physical Drive need to be replaced and we are unable to do the job we send it to a partnering business in Sydney.
  • When your drive has a physical fault and our tools are unable to detect your drive.
  • Our Sydney partner then recovers the data in their laboratory and ships it back to us on a replacement external hard drive.
  • Sometimes our Sydney partner is also not able to recover data from these very faulty drives. We still require payment of $200 in this event.
  • We ask for a 50% deposit on this job prior to giving the go ahead to Sydney to recover your data. We wait for a quote first before requesting payment but require payment of a deposit prior to giving Sydney the go-ahead for this type of job.
  • 4-8 weeks, deposit after quote of 50%, payment of remaining amount on collection.
